Just out of curiosity, do you use an e-reader? Which one? (Leave a comment!) I've been using a Kindle lately, though I do still peruse regular books.

ReplyDeleteI don't use any kind of e-reader. I just finished reading Beaufort 1849 last night and it was fabulous!!! I could not put it down. The characters were wonderful and I enjoyed it greatly!!!

You have some great photos on your blog that would be helpful for anyone doing historical research involving fashion and customs in the home from that era.
I have spent some time wandering around the Charleston Museum myself trying to absorb, absorb, absorb as much detail and fine points as I could--only my time window, 1849, was much narrower. Any dress with hoop skirts, however fabulous, I had to cast out of my mind!
